Clinevo MICC Intake is a web-based tool for Medical Information Call Center (MICC) and PV users to Log, Track and Monitor Product Quality Complaints (PQCs), Medical inquiries (MIs) and Adverse Events (AEs).
Consumer / Patient when has an Medical Inquiry / Product complaint or adverse drug reaction, reports that to Medical Information Call Center of the Sponsor
Call center team enters the information captured during the call into Clinevo Call centre intake.
Consumer gets an autogenerate email with Case Number to track this complaint in the future. Entered call center case information will be available to central triage team
AE information can be forwarded to Clinevo Safety System (Integrated Platform to perform duplicate case search and registration of the case in core PV Database) or any other PV Databases for case processing and regulatory submissions. Clinevo call centre intake provide various export option for ae classified cases which can be used to integrate with any other PV Databases.
MI and PC information can be maintained and necessary updates / email notifications can be sent back to the consumer via Clinevo intake module or thru calls.
Central Triage team can analyse the information entered and route the case to respective MI/PC or AE team.
